Sunshine Sips LLC – New Jersey

1. Acceptance of Terms


By using this website or booking services with Sunshine Sips LLC, you agree to these Terms under New Jersey law.

2. Services

​

Sunshine Sips LLC provides insured dry-hire mobile bartending, bar setup, and beverage service for private, public, and corporate events. As a dry-hire mobile bar, Sunshine Sips does not sell or provide alcohol. The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages for the event. Sunshine Sips may provide bartenders, bar setup, mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, custom menu displays, and other agreed-upon event services based on the selected package and contract.

All services are subject to availability, signed agreement, payment terms, and compliance with applicable local and state laws.

3. Booking and Payment

​

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.

  • Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

  • Payments are processed securely via Square.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

​

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. This deposit allows Sunshine Sips to secure your date, begin planning, and prepare staffing and resources for your event.

  • If you need to cancel more than 20 days before your event, any unpaid remaining balance may be canceled unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement. Cancellations made within 20 days of the event remain responsible for the full contracted balance, as staffing, preparation, and event resources have already been reserved.

  • Rescheduling requests will be reviewed based on availability. When possible, Sunshine Sips will do its best to transfer payments made toward a new event date.

 

5. Alcohol Compliance

​

  • We do not sell alcohol; clients supply their own.

  • We comply with NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) rules.

  • Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID if clients supply alcohol.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Check IDs.

    • Refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals.

    • Stop service if guests' behavior becomes unsafe.

 

6. Liability Waiver


We are not liable for:

  • Injuries or property damage.

  • Guest behavior.

  • Losses due to weather, accidents, or force majeure events.

 

7. Intellectual Property


All content is owned by Sunshine Sips LLC.

 

8. User Conduct


Do not use our site for illegal activity or infringe our rights.

 

9. Governing Law


Governed by the laws of New Jersey, under the jurisdiction of Gloucester County courts.
